Upon figuring out that we needed to form a 501c3 organization, one of the first things we had to do was choose the name for the organization. From the very infant stages of this we knew that in addition to Haiti we would be sent to other countries. When we began to pray about the name for the ministry God gave us Isaiah 6:8 – Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, WHOM shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me. It was clear at that time that the name would be WHOM – World Harvest Outreach Missions.

God showed us from the beginning that Uganda was part of His plan. He just didn’t show us how – until now. After spending much time with Kitondekigya Wilson and Henry Wynn these past few weeks, it has become very obvious that there is definitely a Kingdom connection in Uganda. Our world sure has gotten a whole lot smaller since we entered the mission field. While Uganda is definitely in our sights, we know that this is just the beginning. The family of WHOM not only looks to Isaiah 6:8 as our vision verse for this ministry - we live it.
